How does the Crossware Mail Signature integration with Notes Domino work?

For the Notes Domino platform, it is possible to update the signature directly in the 'Profile' document of the user mail base. This local mode can also be mixed with a server mode (i.e. adding the signature on the fly during its routing) to dress up the message with a banner, a header, or a disclaimer.
